Forclosures in Minnesota Limited

Forclosures in Minnesota continue to make up a very small percentage of homes active on the MLS today.  Currently there are 31% of the homes for sale are in some form of distress but this does not neccesarily mean foreclosure.  This number of distressed homes is down approximately 2% from last September.  This may sound like a small number, only 2% right?  But in reality when we look at how far distressed invendoty has fallen since it’s peak, we see that it is down 23%.Take a look at the chart below: foreclosed  and lender homes chart
